I want to re-write this feedback considering that Ventula removed it... Just to say that my experience with Ventula was very bad. I was contacted by Laura G. to apply for a position probably just to give to their customer a bunch of candidates. In fact, the phone interview was set for the day after. Therefore, I hadn't enough time to research and prepare for the interview. In addition, they asked me to apply for another position because they thought I had the skills requested. It is useless to say that no one called me back after a month, even after my requests for a feedback. Very unprofessional.

I received an unsolicited email contact from Jamie Cameron of Ventula asking me to discuss a role. I responded and provided contact details. Cameron did not contact me or give me the courtesy of letting me know he was wasting my time.
Update:
I received a call from Jamie Cameron 15 days later in response to my Trustpilot review. He apologised and explained the situation was partly due to being on sick leave for a week.

Good approach from Ventula when first James and then its Founder Director contacted me and apologized and promised that they will use this event as lesson learnt. All good then and happy to learn that it will help others and the company to improve.

I was contacted twice over mails for a position and when I send my CV and tried calling the consultant James Leyden for same, he quickly put down phone stating he is busy and will call back, but never came back or responded. I again received another mail with different position but not matching my skills, so I believe the consultants here are engaged in mass mails not bothering to even send a response . Be careful of wasting your time with them.....
