Jane and the team have been brilliant. They provided plenty of advice and support for our extended trip to Portugal. My wife has complex medical needs but nothing was too much effort for Jane and the team. Jane went ‘above and beyond’ in ringing us from home to ensure everything was arranged for us.
Now on holiday in Portugal, our accommodation is exactly what we had hoped for.
Very happy with the service provided, we would definitely use Ventur again and very happy to recommend them based upon our experience.

I have used Ventur Luxury Travel for years and I always ask for Jane. I usually start with what I'd like to do and how I'd like to get there and what I'd like to do there.
By the end of the first call it is all noted and the same day a call back made with details and options and prices and an email sent for me to peruse.

In 2015, we embarked on our first holiday that was booked through Jane at Ventur. Our travel arrangements were quite intricate, encompassing multiple accommodations in various locations and employing diverse transportation modes. Despite the complexity of our requirements, Jane demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and understanding, meticulously crafting a package that perfectly aligned with our preferences.

Over the years we have continued to book special trips through Jane. This year Jane contributed to another memorable travel experience, this time encompassing five Greek islands and again a diverse range of accommodations. As expected, Jane meticulously ensured that our complex itinerary would run smoothly.

We booked a trip to Singapore & Malaysia through Aimi at the Harrogate shop. Fantastic help , guidance and assistance from Aimi. With genuine interest ensuring every logistical detail was thought through and expertly planned. Even when we had some unexpected delays with Malaysian Border Control creating a few challenges these have been dealt with ensuring we are left with only the very best memories. It is how a company manages the unexpected and deals with a potential negative situation that leaves us as the customer happy to highly recommend and most certainly return to Ventur for our future travel plans.

She listened to our quite exacting requirements and made all the necessary arrangements including sorting out online check-in, boarding passes and private transfers.
