I purchased the online materials from Venture Team Building in Dec, 2019. Actually I approached this company in Oct when I received an email about a 1 Day Flash Sale. However, no response did I receive back. After several emails chasing, I got some response but not properly addressed to my questions. The information provided was incomplete. I just felt that this Company was unprofessional. So, I didn't make any purchase at that time.
My perception to Venture Team Building was totally changed after I received an email from Daniel Ripa on Dec15. Daniel proactively followed up my case and provided first-class-service in addressing my questions and providing comprehensive information to what I need. I can feel his sincere, attentive to details, patient, and professionalism. All these facilitate my strong desire to make a purchase on Venture Team Building's products.
Daniel's after sales service is excellent too. I am so glad that Daniel gave me such good purchasing experience.
I don't have much time going through all training materials in details yet. Just a quick browse through and found that they are all well-structured and useful. I watched a few videos and very much like the tips for how to deliver an effective teambuilding.
