I'm generally not a fan of recruiters, but Adam seems to actually do what he promises to do. Amazing :)

I am currently in the process of looking for a job. I am very impressed with the service received from Kerry. She is both professional and empathetic. She listens to the actual needs of her clients and those seeking to secure a role. Also, she makes sure that she keeps you informed at all stages of the process, which is important as job hunting can be a stressful time. I am grateful for her help with my search.

Just a couple a weeks ago I started the process of looking for my next role as my current one will come to an end. I have enjoyed the experience with Kerry Foreman from Venturi Group. Im not one to write reviews as i feel people are just doing their job, but Isabella Shore went for me over and above to help me find a job that i can say im really enjoying. i could tell she was different straight away from other recruiters as i was dealing with them the same time i was speaking to Isabella, and she really went into detail about the company, the culture and understood and listened to what i was looking for. The mains things that stood out was she maintained communication regularly with me and my potential employer, accomadated my availability, and got me in touch with other candidates she had placed which allowed me to ask real questions to people in the same career what there experiences are. She has drive, energy, empathy, honesty and ultimately makes the process feel less stressful. i had other offers but i decided to go with the one Isabella put me forward for. she was right, the company i am with now was the right fit for me. We were facing increasing difficulty and pressure finding a freelance Front End Dev to join our in-house team for a number of months on some key strategic projects.

Joe got in touch after seeing a Slack post I'd made about the position, offering his help.

After a brief chat, It was clear Joe knows the market and his candidates and is a really nice guy to deal with - which helps a lot.

Within a day he'd sent on a number of top quality CVs and did not stop looking for additional candidates despite 3 of the first 4 being good enough to interview.

This really paid off as the person we have here now was the last CV Joe sent on - he went over and above and it really paid off.

Joe allowed me time to review and reflect on the CVs, giving me space to think. Any chats were added into my calendar, he was not pushy but very respectful of my day-to-day tasks as well as recruiting additional help.

I would not hesitate to ask Joe to help us with future recruitment needs in light of the very high level of service we have received.

He was very kind & friendly,helped me to get the job very quickly, he was in touch with me over whats app which helped me a lot while I was on holiday, he only puts you forward for the roles that you are suitable for.
He provided me with resources that helped gain a greater insight into the area I wanted to go into, which in turn made the interview very easier.

Really enjoy honest way Joe works. To the point and no promises made. As a contractor this is exactly what is required.

I have worked with Joe Pridgeon on a number of aspects from roles to other more creative engagements. He has always been professional and communicated regularly as appropriate.

I'm sure the mediation was anything but easy, yet Mrs. Schofield did an excellent job.

I worked Venturi on my first contract, and it had been a very smooth and pleasant engagement. Maisie Moss was my first point of contact, she was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She visited me at the work place and sent over some cake which was a very nice gesture. They provide a good system for tracking timesheets and automatically raise my invoices on my behalf which was great! So entering the contracting world came with less hassle thanks to Venturi.

Will highly recommend Venturi. Ben Quinn has provided an excellent service and I would like to really appreciate his prompt response and support through out the process.

I had a really good experience with Venturi when looking for a job, I got a call very quickly after submitting my CV for a role and spoke with Lewis, a senior consultants at Venturi. We spoke at length about my abilities and previous job roles as well as what I wanted in my new position.

After a couple of hours I got a call back from him saying there was another position with a different company that I would be suited for which I applied for and Lewis helped make the process so simple and easy. Lewis organised all the interviews and tests that I needed with now my new employer!

I would 100% recommend Venturi to anyone looking for a job in the IT/Business sector as they can help you search for a job, prepare you for the interview and support you after a successful job application. It felt like you were actually taken care of at Venturi unlike other recruitment companies I have been with. I work in IT and specialise in the BI data warehouse Development, Venturi helped me found a new role closer to home with matching skills. The whole experience with the agent was excellent. The agent (Lewis) has deep understanding of the IT technologies, and I find it very easy to talk to him. Communication was excellent (both emails and phone conversations), he acted truly as the bridge between myself and the company I was applying for. Lewis provided me with all the information I needed before the interview, and also gave the feedback after the interview. A week after applying the job, I got the role. 4 months passed, I'm still working happily in my new company, thanks to Lewis, and thanks to Venturi. Professional recruitment agent , well recommended.
