I had a great experience with Venturi as a mid/senior level JS developer. The recruiter I worked with (Mark Tipping) was excellent, he spent time with me discussing what I was looking for and always made sure I had the information I needed to make informed decisions.

In the end I took the position offered, and it’s been a great fit. 3 months in and it’s clear the role was as Mark described it, and I’m loving it!

I got a new job withing two weeks. Maddie was very professional, supportive and patient throughout the process and kept me updated on every interview stage and after I secured the position. I have really enjoyed working with Maddie and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Repeatedly sends unsolicited spam hawking their candidates then follows up with repeated "nudges". Unprofessional, though still typical of the industry unfortunately.

Being a graduate in 2020, I found myself applying to jobs during very difficult and daunting times of a pandemic. The job market was becoming very competitive within the world of tech and the availability of jobs was very low. Over a span of more than a year I had already come across many recruitment agencies but none like Venturi. There was very clear, precise and friendly communication with one of their members, Lewis Blades, who thankfully found the exact position I was looking for to start my career in the world of Data. Lewis had dedicated a lot of time preparing me for the interviewing process, with feedback at each stage, which was a nice addition to have. Lewis had also ensured to keep in touch during my employment, to see how I was getting on, he really is with you all the way!

As another reviewer has mentioned Lewis really did go the extra mile, to build a relationship between himself, myself and the company I am now working for. Overall a great experience, finally landed my first graduate role, a great start to my year thanks to Lewis and Venturi, would highly recommend it to anyone!!

I recently had a couple of issues to resolve and the team were absolutely fantastic helping me out, Dan has been superb from the start anyway and now Sara has helped me out with some admin changes and it was such a pleasant and efficient interaction which is a stark contrast to other companies I have worked with.

The time had come for me to find a new challenge in the data world so I contacted Venturi. Lewis not only understood my skills and the type of challenge I was after but he also understood the type of company and the values I was looking for in a company.

Many recruiters have very limited knowledge about the companies they work with. However, Lewis showed a great understanding of the companies in his portfolio. This made the whole process very smooth and enjoyable as he was able to answer many of my questions directly.

He always kept me in the loop, provided support and followed up after every step of the process even after I was hired. Definitely, he goes the extra mile when it comes to build a relationship with the candidates he works with and it's been a pleasure working with him.
