It was a professional service, with appropriate help. I was happy with the outcome.

They keep Headhunting candidates from our company in Berlin in an aggressive way. They say they focus on Germany but do not speak German.

Would advise to stay away from these cowboys.

The recruiter that dealt with me personally was Kerry Foreman, and I have to say she was lovely to work with compared to many other recruiters I had in the past month.

At no point did I feel pressured into a role, bombarded with messages and calls, or coerced into adding skills to my cv like some other recruiters suggested.

She had an honest chat with me, kept me updated and always reminded me of interviews and called afterwards to check up, she even replied on a Sunday when I once forgot to get back to her until then!

I received an offer elsewhere, and she managed to speed up the process so I had two offers to choose from, and at no point did she try to make me feel bad or pressure me into her own.

I wish more recruiters were like you! Thanks a lot!

I was in contact with this agency 3 months ago on behalf of my company to fill some positions, we didn't end up agreeing on the terms and we clearly communicated that we are not going forward with the hiring process, yet I kept being contacted via emails and phone calls, then being called again and emailed by other recruiters saying that their previous colleague has left and they are following up (as if a previous employee didn't write any notes!!), then you express you are not interested then you get contacted again via emails and phone from a 3rd recruiter, and they just CALL, they don't ask you about right timing or anything they just call, you are in a meeting or working they don't care.
if you are willing to use their recruitment services be ready to be chased for life since it seems they don't have a database where they can mark a client as "not interested"

This year I decided to change the sector I was working in after nearly 15 years in my current.

around mid November 19 with 2 interesting roles for me. I must admit I was very hesitant at first - I even tried to postpone any activity until the beginning of the new year as I had already planned to leave London early Dec, hence didn't have much time to go through long interview processes.

Long story short, she immediately saw both my cultural and technical fit into one of the companies and she kept insisting based on facts that I would go for it. She was arranging everything for me, she was very transparent and greatly helpful all the way through down to the final offer.

I got the job in less than 20 days in total. During all my interviews I could easily see the new environment being ideal for my development and my well-being.
