I ordered a cardigan in October, they were quick to take my money (48AUD) and even sent me tracking details but the last time there is any tracking of the item was 1st November and it was leaving Beijing for Australia. I have emailed them MANY times, they are slow to respond (sometimes a week, last time has been 2 weeks) and they just tell me to contact my local post office, which I have done many a time.
They are terrible communicators and I think they are THIEVES!!

Ordered a pair of jeans, eventually when I wore them 2 of the poppers popped off. I emailed the company and they asked for photografic evidence to which I supplied them with. It's been almost 3 weeks and they haven't got back to me and are now ignoring my emails. MONEY GRABBERS AND SCAM!
This company deserves no stars because it's a scam bought 2 pair of boot December 5th, 2018 and still have not recieved anything. I have contacted them many times about this situation to get no reply. I have tried tracking my order and it says it was sent to my front porch in Mira Loma when I live in Yucaipa. Tried contacting them about this situation to get no cooperation. Save your money it's a scam. They are a bunch of thieves...

Luckily I’ve never had any problems , which is good as it’s my favourite clothes shop! Their sizing can be a bit annoying , And I just wish you would re-stock some of the clothes! ☺️
