Sadly I did not receive my goods at all. I emailed 4 times and did not get a response until contacting them via their website. I did then get an apology so thought I would get somewhere with this. But was then told the parcel was received and given a tracking number to follow this up myself. I asked a family member to chase this up for me as he is a post man for Royal Mail. He advised he took this to his manager and the number did not exist. I wrote and explained this to the business and to date have not had a response. I really wanted to support a small business but wont be supporting this one due to the above. The post office wondered if this business was a scam. I hardly ever write reviews but feel frustrated at the way I have been treated so felt it was important to write this having given them plenty of opportunities to respond and address this.

Hello Malka, We are currently looking into this. I had an order from Rameet if this is the same order which we are investigating with Royal Mail. We are not a scam, we are a small family business and we send all our parcels by Royal Mail and have a business account with them. I will send the screenshot of the tracking within the Royal Mail mail app that shows that your parcel was delivered to the shipping address given. This obviously makes it difficult as a small business as we have sent the item and it shows as being delivered. I will of course resolve this matter with you and have been awaiting a response from Royal Mail which is not a quick process. I will email you with details and refund you. But this unfortunately is a one off as when an item is shown as delivered we are unable to claim compensation. RoyalMail recommend checking with your neighbours as they can take in parcels and forget to let you know/or drop off to you. We are so sorry this has happened. We pride ourselves in providing eco products with excellent customer service and we do always resolve any issues. This just takes time in this case as we have had to wait for Royal Mail to give mote detail on where the package was left at your address. With kindness, Colette

I love this business, wonderful products with an excellent, personable service. I feel truly valued as a customer and will continue to use them for as much as I can. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Brilliant little business.
I wish more businesses were like this one. They made me feel really special and appreciated. I enjoy their great products whilst I try my best to make my carbon footprint smaller. Some products may be sold out because they are a small business, but persevere it will be worth it.

What an excellent experience
What an excellent experience. The website is easy to use and they supply a wide range of eco friendly products. I recently purchased the most beautiful Christmas cards. With each card purchased, a tree was planted and every card contained seeds to plant and support wildlife. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

GREAT eco friendly shop
Vera Bee is one of my favourite online shops. They stock so many GREAT eco friendly products with a wide variety of choice! They continually review stock to make even better eco choices and the service is great - received my last order within 24hrs of ordering. So much thought goes into every order from packing it to all orders over £15 having a tree planted as well! Highly recommend.
