They suck. First time I used it they leaked through my pants. And for over $100 they want me to ship them back to China at my cost.

When wesring Vera’s famous undies, i always keep in the back of my mind that they are protection from leaks, not floods. I still have to make stops by the restroom but leaks in between are not in the same category. If a flood is possible, i add a pad! I think this makes me more comfortable and secure.

Waste of money not leakproof
and odour not deslt with. Strong smell of amonia. Takes forever to arrive. Very dissappointed , dont waste your money. Sizing on small side also.

The sizing was all wrong. I thought these were briefs, but they were like bikinis. I needed to return my entire order, but it would be at my expense back to China. They issued a small refund, which did not cover my $158 order. Do NOT purchase this product.

I like the underwear, but I think they came from China. It took a month for me to get them. I noticed right away inside the panties, the label does not have Vera inside the label. I think they are fake. They fit me well and are not tight. I have a pad with my underwear to make sure they don't leak we will see.

Not right size the inseam to short off 1 1/2" off I had to open package to try on
Spent 158.00 an got 20 pairs non fix so was told. To send to China to get my refund. But how do you do when you open up pkg to try 1 one it didn't fit.tgey don't want you to open up pkg. So all I get back I. 15% = 23.00 if I get it sounds like this company is a scam. Going to try to get 23.00 back out of 158.00i spent. They do t make the right size. Crouching to small off 1-1/2 " don't think there going out business that just s am to draw in customers

I had trouble with the sizing, I ordered the wrong size in the first place, then bought what I thought were the correct size according to the size chart but they turned out to be very uncomfortable. This second time I contacted Vera by email and the lady I communicated with was extremely helpful and sent another set in a better size, free of charge, they arrived yesterday and they are fine, I have not had chance to try them out but at lest they fit now.
The service could not have been better.

First off, I ordered the size recommended on their website and they were tight around my legs. Secondly, they were not leakproof! Luckily I was wearing a dress at work, so I managed to not leak through pants, but I had to deal with wearing wet underwear all day and the odor. Lastly, the company wants me to either ship them back to China or keep them and get a 15% refund. I hate these companies that pretend they are in the US and then the order comes from China. Don’t waste your money like I did!

They misrepresent the product and the seller. It's a firm in China. The product is poor, not leakproof and vastly overcharged. It takes weeks to arrive

Vera undies are not leak proof at all.
I tried to wear them at different time of day, when I had light leakage vs heavier leakage. Even with a small amount of liquid, it went right through. There is no absorbancy at all and all attempts did not provide any protection. They also fit quite snug, so might be best to order 1 size up. Wish I could get a refund, but policy does not allow since i wore some of them !

I ordered the wrong size (couldn't find the sizing chart) . Margaret, very kindly offered a replacement order in my correct size, and I was able to keep the original order, to share with friends or family. Great response from a helpful lady !!!

Very disappointed. Advertising is so wrong. They have been closing down for months now according to their site. When I bought mine there were, supposedly , just a few left. They do leak and who would wear pants for seventy two hours as advertised. Gross.

About four or five months ago Vera's offered to replace my ill-fitting underwear. In the meantime I have bought another 2x5 pack. So 15pr altogether. Some fit ok. Others don't. I have had an ongoing war trying to get my replacements.
They did send one pair. It was cut wrong and climbs up my body. There is also an aroma with them. Very disappointed with them after originally happy.
They are trying to say my postal service put a label on my package and sent the wrong one.
How can they do replacements if they are nearly out of stock and have been that way for the last few months.

The customer service is absolutely excellent. I could not fault them. The pants I ordered were the wrong size for me. I contacted them and replacements were sent immediately free of charge….. I was anticipating a long drawn out debate but no everyone was so helpful and the pants are great……..I passed the wrong size ones onto a friend!

I've tried them with and without a pad. Unfortunately without a pad the absorbency isn't great.
With a pad it worked.

Downside is the sizing. The fit doesn't compare well to other brands.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely a shocking scam, duping people out of their hard earned money. Simply does not live up to the promised hype. Tightly factory sealed package arrived with all the pairs stuffed in together. No delivery note, nothing. I experimented with just a small amount of water to see if they were truly waterproof and the liquid came right through especially round the poorly sewn leg area. I am so angry that they can get away with this. I have put them straight in the bin. Please please please anyone reading this review DO NOT BUY !!!!

They are good now I have found some cream as well that has helped with my leaks which were bad

I’m very impressed by the customer service!My first order came up too small but customer service was very helpful and a new order was dispatched free!I have yet to receive my new order but it’s on its way and I look forward to pad free days!

I thought they where lovely but not suitable for me so I had to send them back
