Bought 2 bags recently
Came quickly, very pleased, however one bag is not able to be secured after a phone call .I was offered a refund or a reduced cost for the bag. I loved it so took the reduced price

The management has no regard for their Wholesale customers. I was theirs for good 6 years. After aproving the latest purchase I was waiting for the deliverie. I had my customer waiting for a bag promised as I understud my order was going to be shipped. After several calles to the office I was told that the account will be given to someone else. At least they should have called me before the approval of my order. This business does not deserve good customers. My bills were always paid on time and it should not matter how large were the orders.

The service was excellent and the bag is absolutely beautiful.
Would highly recommend.

The bag arrived very quickly with a free little gift. Unfortunately it was the wrong red to match my shoes but the return process was equally quick. My husband returned the bag to your warehouse and the payment was refunded on the same day. Wonderful service!

Plenty of choice. Easy to order. Parcel arrived as expected. All intact. Well wrapped.

I just love my bags I have4 Vera May bags now and hopefully more to come. I brought the Blue Shiny Vegan bag. I had the same bag years ago I just loved it so much so I brought a new one. This time they put a pearl under the handle. I did not realise you added that. It looks tacky because you have the crystal clip on top then pearls. So I’m going to put primer on the pearls and go over the primer with gold. Hopefully that will work. Some people might like the pearl, I don’t. But my other bags are perfect.

A+ seller, delivery postal service worst it's ever been…had to pick up my own parcels from the actual airport…don't know why sellers & people are paying postage ...no stars for the postal service..No fault of seller…service & communication excellent…awesome wallets…my daughter loved her birthday present, item as described, very good quality well made as always, a pleasure thank-you VERA MAY 🥰

Purchased a lovely handbag from Vera May, and i am so impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service they provided. The staff are so friendly to deal, will be back.

Second bag I’ve purchased that’s had problems, first bag handle fell off and second bag clip not working that prevents you closing bag.
Contacted the accounts department and they suggest i take photos, great im thinking.
They then write to me asking for proof of purchase, i no longer have.
Suggestion without receipt the best thing they can do is send a code for discount of next item.
Reluctant to purchase from them again, crapy service.
Why’d i go through sending pictures, what a waste of time!
