Thick knit. Warm and soft

Honestly I was skeptical at first but once I received the order I was astonished by the quality. I recommend this store, and I'm placing another order right now

Have received a refund since writing this trustpilot review. Communication very polite despite not always being timely or consistent.

Ordered a new coat and paid in full. Didn’t get any updates, tracking or communication about my order.
Only when I contacted Vera Mode myself after nearly a fortnight, did I get an update that the coat had gone out of stock but that they were expecting more stock to be sent out very soon.
After waiting yet again over a week for tracking and updates I contacted Vera Mode again. This time to be told the new stock had a “defect” and that they couldn’t fulfil my order so they would cancel it.
I awaited my refund for over a week and received nothing. I contacted Vera Mode again and have received no reply or update on where my money is.
I have since received an email to tell me
“Your order has been canceled
Order was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.”
Still no updates on when I will get my money back.
Vera Mode has still got my money and seemingly no intentions of sending it back despite never having a product to fulfil the order with.

Really good quality product! Was a slight delay with postage but they sorted it.

I am still awaiting a refund this has been weeks.

The company is definitely not based in UK. As the item took over 2 and a half weeks to arrive.
Poor quality
. I have sent countless emails regarding my refund and no reply.
Have contacted the number , social media , online form. Absolutely no contact.

I have never dealt with this level of bad customer service.

I was impressed by the quality of the jumpers I bought and the excellent customer service when they sent me the wrong colour by mistake. They said I could keep the wrong item and they had already shipped out the correct one. I would recommend this shop.

I absolutely LOVE my cashmere wide leg knit pants !! The quality is astonishing for the price. I buy alot of cashmere and they feel at least 2 ply, if not more. They are weightier than some M & S cashmere trousers I bought a few years ago and fantastically comfortable and warm for wearing indoors though they are thick enough for taller people to wear out and about. Alas, at 5'6" they trail over my heels to the floor which is fine indoors but too long for slippers or flat shoes for going outside to the dustbins and garden so I wrap the hems around my ankles and secure them with bicycle clips !! Still, they are perfect for keeping cosy and amazing quality at brilliant price compared to other brands !

The shipping didn't take long, the quality was good, and they replied to all my emails. I recommend this store.

Took a long time to arrive, sporadic communication when I contacted, finally arrived. I’d ordered a waist size up from usual, however, still did not fit around waist, also approximately 3 - 4 inches short in leg. Requested return/refund. Communication around this was extremely poor.

Refund granted but not received yet- hope to receive it asap. Please!

Great product, but very misleading courier service i was sent a royalmail parcelforce
Tracking number it arrived 3 weeks after I ordered them via Yodel home. I would give them another chance.

Took nearly 2 and a half weeks for order to arrive. Once received it was faulty. Label for back pocket was upside down. The button hole was sealed. Really poor quality. Trousers where near to £30. I wouldn't of paid £1.50. Took 4 emails, a phone call with no answer. A text message and a social media post. For over a week later to get a response. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

I wanted to return the item as it was too small but despite contacting for a return address customer service had yet to reach out to me. Very disappointed xx

Finally received my item after 3+ weeks, had to email to ask why no updates since it was stated my item was on its way to Royal Mail, and told would be with me within 3 days from previous query. Item is of satisfactory quality, and fits to size ordered.

Ordered 4 cardigans, 3 of them came in different sizes non of them was correct and other completely different cardigan , 2 weeks waiting for return label, send 3 email (no respond) called no answer. Disappointed, not recommending to shop online from Vera moda.

Bought a cashmere jumper. Took a while to arrive. Not thrilled with the quality so wanted to return it. Was told to keep it, but I would be refunded. This was over 2 weeks ago. Was told last time I emailed that it had been actioned on 19th November. Today is 1st December and still no sign!! Not impressed and will avoid in future!

Delivery was a little slow and the return process a bit complex. However, all was eventually resolved satisfactorily and with good communication.

I was sceptical about the quality of the product which I ordered, but when it arrived, I was absolutely delighted! I’ve since been back and bought three more colours in the same product and I’ve just ordered more from this website as I am now happy with the quality and service provided. Excellent!
