I have a FABULOUS Spanish teacher named Elena. She is patient, engaged, encouraging, and fun. She's great with a variety of learners. I'm struggling to build back the Spanish I learned (and forgot) decades ago; my husband, who is trying to perfect his Spanish, takes lessons from Elena and says she a great teacher too. We are both learning SO quickly from her. As for Verbling's website: The interface is pretty clever. It has a lot of ways to see and do lessons and homework, and it has a way to message your teacher if you have questions outside of class. The only reason I give Verbling a 4, not 5, is that the website can be wonky (not during class), especially when you're trying to sign up for the lesson dates. It's annoying to have to keep trying to sign up. On the other hand, the one time I reached out for Verbling's help (re payment), the worker fixed the problem in just a few minutes. I was impressed!

I have been using Verbling for many years now. I tried learning English, Italian, and Chinese. Loved all the teachers. Verbling staff are professional and respond quicky to my inquiries.

I had a problem where I was unable to book lessons with a particular teacher, and after discussing it with the teacher and reporting the problem to Verbling, the problem was resolved within a day or two, and I booked lessons the next day. The only problem was that the problem had occurred for several months and I was unsure if my teacher was even teaching lessons at the time (because the site told me he was unavailable for lessons).

My issue was taken care of quickly.

Customer service responded to my concern very promptly and also rectified the problem quickly and fairly!
