Can't say enough about the customer service. Pick-up, drop-off, ease of paperwork etc. I have rented at the Weymouth location about a dozen times over the past few years. From a Prius (yes..., I admit I drove one and actually liked it).. to a Ford Mustang to a big box truck for moving I have never had a problem and always got a fair deal.
The big names could take a few lessons from this local family owned company.

The service and automobile provided were excellent --I would recommend the company to anyone needing a rental short term or long term.

Verc Car Rental is great! I was impressed with their service and help. The vehicle I used was very clean and handled the road beautifully. Peter was very helpful to me in processing the paperwork and it was a great experience from start to finish. I really would recommend Verc Car Rental to anyone! They do a great job!

Agent was supposed to pick up at collision center with rental at a certain time, arrived 20 mins late and without car. We had to follow him to the shop (we would have gone there in the first place). Agent was sloppy, unprofessional and drove through a red light. Car was fine, but I can get better service pretty much anywhere else Nope, nope nope.

All the service you provided were excellent and recommend anyone to use this company.

Have used Verc quite a few times and they have great customer service. Their staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fair pricing, little pressure, decent car. Good value, although the lot is a bit confusing in TX at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Took me awhile to find my car. Better signage is needed.

I will rent again.

I would highly recommend this rental company. The service was friendly, the car was terrific and the price was right. VERC has everything you are looking for in a car rental store, and the people are wonderful.

DON'T USE THEIR CAR AND PASS THRU A TOLL BOOTH. THEY QUADRUPLE IT!~!

They gave our reservation to someone else. Told us they called but never did.

I found VERC when we needed to rent a handicap van with little or no notice. This is no easy feat. Only once did I need to give them 24 hour notice. They are very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, I wish they were open on Sundays. I come from Providence, RI and it's a haul at times. However, I am grateful for their inventory.

Polite service. Prompt pick up and exchange. Reasonable rates.

After having rented through VERC several times, this has become the first auto rental agency that we turn to. We have found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, very willing to adjust arrangements to meet customer needs, and ready to provide a timely pick-up service.

Easy to work with , no issues

Everything about this rental was outstanding. The sales people were helpful, and provided good advice and fantastic service, everything about how the company handed the rental was explained up front.

The van was in great shape, well maintained

We were not from the area so having friendly, helpful people with good advice made our experience that much better.

Over priced and was promised one car and ended up with another I hated it. Also wasnt clean and the person who was handling the paperwork was rude and wanted to charge me for their mistake. Unfortunately because of my emergency situation I haf no choice but to just take it. I will never ever due buisness again.

I would highly recommend renting from Verc. Kurt and Joe wonderful accommodating staff.
