Totally a scam and fake. I ordered it for my daughter, even at the dollar store, they don't sell it. I felt ashamed to give to my daughter. They should be bent.from website

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I placed my order with expedited shipping before Valentines Day. It is now March 5th and it just shipped. Customer service says I can't get a refund or anything.

Everything on their site is presented as being real genuine gold. Well, it's fake their boxes. They are supposed to be pretty with L. ED lights? None of that. My wife is allergic to fake jewelry and sure enough, she didn't even have it on 24 hours. She had bumps in a rash around her neck. Where the necklace sat, I emailed them multiple times they have never gotten back to me. I submitted multiple tickets. I'm going to follow a dispute with my card. Do you think I'll get my money back that way? Being that, they are not responding back to me

I ordered a necklace for my daughter back on November 23rd was charged for it and never got it. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and this is beyond disappointing. I will be disputing charges with my bank and doing a BBB report.

I was double charged not once but twice. The price showing was significantly lower than what I was charged. Horrible place.

Great I just ordered two necklaces I haven't got a tracking update and reading all these reviews makes me very nervous

The company Verceri, I ordered a necklace for my man( never got it) . The tracking number was fake, then I was charged $39.99 for a membership I never signed up for. Then on top of that , I have Pixievogue and nightly wear charging the same amount $39.99. So the company sold or advertised my bank information on the dark web, now I have scammers trying to charge my bank card. Please beware of them because they are still advertising on social media and fb.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter and I haven’t received it yet and talked to a representative about it and they want more money and I’m not paying for anything else so I’m reporting them to BBB and calling my bank to argue about the charges , I ordered my necklace from Verceri

Jacket doesn't fit wrong color sent, they don't want to return, closed out support ticket without any action being finished

Do not buy from this so called company.
Twice I been charged for a shipping and fee which ain’t started on payment and promised a refund. Which as now taken a month and still no refund. Do not use them as customer service don’t get back to you.
Very bad experience

Bought a necklace for my gf from them, shipping status hasn’t updated since, nor can you even get a hold of them. On another more serious note I’ve gotten an unauthorized purchase for something I never even bought from a place I’ve never even seen before. They most definitely take your card info so be vary wary of that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET PRODUCT AND YOU WILL GET CARD INFO STOLEN 100% a scam . Card info was stolen an was charged multiple times to different companies. I’m Lucky my bank locked my card.

Total scam. After a month of waiting for my necklace - it never arrived. Tried contacting the company on multiple occasions - they never responded. The tracking site logged false movements. Tried contacting the tracking company which was an AI Bot and asked for my credit card details to look into my case which then turned into a subscription service. Noticed 2 weeks' after I ordered my necklace, Verceri took another amount out of my bank account which was nearly double the cost of the initial purchase. Be very wary of these people - it is a very sophisticated scam. Thank God my bank was all over this. Stay away from this company!

Absolute scam not even 5 minutes after I purchased a necklace from them I received a notification for a cashapp transfer and I don’t even use cashapp don’t enter your cc information on their website they will steal it without a doubt.

Absolute scam of a company avoid buying from these at all costs they scam your card tell you that tracking states delivered when it clearly hasnt by a delivery company ive never heard of then get told its out of their hands because tracking states delivered DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought the promise necklace for my boyfriend about a month before our anniversary and did not receive it until about a month after our anniversary. They also in this process stole my debit card information and charged me $40 multiple times. One showing up on my bank statement as the same for the necklace and then some showing up under women's swimwear but I know it was them considering they had been the last company I had used that card with. Now that I look closer the website is obviously a scam. They don't allow you to just post your review it goes under its own reviewing process which is why the site only has 5 star reviews. The jewelry also upon receiving feels super cheap and I would have been better off going to T.J Maxx

I had never gone from ordering a product and paying extra for it to arrive quickly and I have been waiting for more than 15 days, I will never order anything in this store, I do not recommend it, bad experience.

I ordered 2 crosses for myself and my Granddaughter. This company charged me less than 20 min ago over 14 dollars in shipping costs. When I asked for a refund the said refunds were unavailable. I called customer service and the phone is disconnected.

I ordered a promise necklace on July 3rd it's Aug 11th and I never received it matter of fact they sent it to California instead which I live in Louisiana I put the right address they made up there own address to send it too. Shipping shows mine though. I contacted them like 5 times and they refuse to email me back this place is a scam for sure. It was a anniversary gift for my husband and I used all the money I had to buy it. I'm very disappointed.
