I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Verde Casino. I deposited 140,000 HUF, and while I had winnings, when I wanted to withdraw my money, I couldn't because they said something was wrong with my account. Then they informed me that I had entered my birth date incorrectly, which led to my account being suspended. I only made a mistake of writing 1982 instead of 1972, but that was enough for them to reject my request completely.
The most frustrating part was when I contacted support again, the representative suggested that if I accept the 20,000 HUF they would give me to play, they would reactivate my account; otherwise, it would remain blocked. It's outrageous that in a situation where my money is at stake, they say something like that.
I've been to many casinos before, but I've never had such a bad experience. I will not give up because my money is my money, and I will defend my rights. I will go to the consumer protection agency because not only have they deceived me, but many others as well.
