Rude Management. Tiny spaces. Not Kid Friendly.

Clean park and MOST of the staff were friendly except for the woman who seemed to be the manager... for privacy sake we will call her "Karen" (AKA Carol Baskin's evil sister).

From the moment we arrived and began setting up we were repeatedly harassed by "Karen Baskin" the manager and her golf cart gestapo. The spaces are very tiny and to make matters worse the sewage hookup was at the very front of the spot. Even with extra sewage line I could not back up all the way. You would seriously need 3 lengths of hose to reach which is crazy. After I disconnected my truck I pulled it as tightly into the spot (which allows one vehicle) and out of the main part of the road, barely sticking out on the street. I was asked to re-park. I repositioned my truck to get it further off the street and then they said the part I parked on was grass. THERE WAS NO GRASS! With nowhere left to park I swapped with my wife’s mini-van which was in overflow parking that we paid for. Off the street… 95% off the dirt Karen said was grass and we got in trouble again. My wife visited the main office and asked if they could have somebody instruct us how/where to park… after sputtering some nonsense about how we needed to pay more and something about the river rising they said they would come out to help and didn’t. Finally our friends who had a smaller rig let us squeeze in next to their motorhome which was still a tight fit.

On Saturday the park had a social distancing party at the clubhouse serving food and snow cones for the kids (nice right?). My kids patiently waited their turn for a snow cone and asked Karen Baskin for a rainbow cone (because they saw other kids walk out with the same). Karen rolled her eyes and said, “Ughhh, what do I look like a professional snow cone maker?” To my 6 and 3 year old kids!!! How miserable can you be?

We do have another bad story which I will not write about here but my friend will most likely mention in another review about the terrible manager lady at this place.

Bottom line: if you drive anything other than a clown car or have kids don’t stay here.
