I received things in 2021 in the spring. They were at a discount, but it was not written that it was defective (the sleeves of the coat were crookedly sewn in, etc.) I decided to return it. They don't help with returns. I went to the post office, paid 40 € and sent it (we have no other option in our village). I told them several times that they would take it away, but they didn’t take it. It came back. A bag of tattered things still lies in the room. be careful.disgusting customer service and complete unwillingness to help

Great quality and timeless cloth for children !

The winter jacket I bought has clearly quality issues, with stains from the belt and no elasticity for an elastic belt. Extremely poor customer service with a claim that is irresponsible and did not intend to solve the problem but to bounce it back to my "high" expectation.

Since my son has been born we have always been using Ver De Terre for jackets and snowsuits. This season we have purchased a snowsuit for 1800 DKK, where the zipper broke after 1 months from purchasing the product and has used for maybe for 2 weeks. I have bought it through one of my favorite web shops where I have been asked to send some pictures of the damage along. After few days I have received an email from Ver De Terre:

“The zipper is broken, because it has been exposed to extra pressure that caused the extra reinforcement / sewing which is designed to take pressure off the zipper is torn. It can not be accepted as a complaint.
The zipper can be reassembled, glued/sewn and then you have to sew a new reinforcement next, to spare the zipper, so it will not be pulled apart again.”

Excuse me?!? Exposed to extra pressure? My son is 3 years old… I should spend another 300 DKK if not more to replace the zipper on a snowsuit for 1800 DKK which is still in the warranty period??? This judgment is based on a blurry picture… The conversation continued over several days so that I needed to go and buy an additional snowsuit as we really had need for one…

At the end, the retailer where I have purchased the snowsuit stepped in and immediately offered to exchanged the snowsuit. As the model from Ver De Terre was sold out we have been offered Mini A Ture, which we have been very glad for.
