The paint is good also the service is not bad, but I'm giving 3 starts since the website misled me.
I ordered the paint on Saturday morning and according to the website there was evening delivery if you order in weekdays or Saturday, however I got my paint on Monday evening. This delayed me by 3 days when I could just go to a shop and buy instead of ordering, I could not cancel or modify my order on Saturday so there was no choice but waiting 3 days.

wrong paint, no according service.
They sent me a paint that they claimed to be matt in appearance. Unfortunately this was not the case. I contacted them and they had the service to let the paint tested. After testing I simply got an email that said that they could not measure what I'm telling them, case closed.. This while I gaven them photographic evidence to the contrary. Here it was very clear to see that the paint was glary and not Matt. This leaves me to conclude that they don't offer basic service and trust in their clients. I have no other choice than to write this review to warn other from this store and share my experience.

Great service
I found everything I needed on their page, concerning information I needed during the renovation project we decided to do alone. The service was extraordinary, got what I needed delivered on the same day. Very few shops in the Netherlands do that.

Not good paint
This review is about the paint I bought sikkens. The paint has this tiny silver color spots when applied. Maybe is old or not mix properly but anyway I will have to throw it away.

Evening delivery
On the website it states that if you order before 11 o’clock in the morning, you can arrange an evening delivery for the same day. I did just that but my order didn’t arrive until the day after. I therefore had to buy paint from another shop the following morning to start my work. Very disappointing.

The supplier of the paint had a delay with delivering their products. With that reason we couldn't send it on time. Through mail we contacted you and the next day it was send.
