We saw Mr. Otana for an ear wax removal appointment for my 4y old son. He made my son feel very comfortable and my son cooperated very well during the appointment. The ear wax was swiftly removed from both ears. We were accommodated on very short notice for a morning appointment. Overall it was a great experience and I would come again to see Mr. Otana.
