While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Excess data requirements

Excess data requirements (not sure it is compatible with data laws as it insists on accessing more data than it needs to and holds on to it for longer than needed). It is also repetitive and asks for similar information over and over. Avoid

Avoid. Does not work. Phishing Risk

Aweful. Does not work. Norton Antivirus flags it a phishing risk. Once on the app it asks for all banking login details including passwords. When it connects with the bank it asks for permission to have access to your accounts and when you confirm this, it locks up. Support acknowledged my email automatically, but did not reply

What a faff

What a faff, great that the solicitor can pass the buck when it comes to ID but this is a right pain.
When will solicitors learn yes you have just saved your self £20 in time but will cost you a lot more than that when the client does not come back.
Just because it is the latest technology does not mean it is good

Totally abysmal client experience

Totally abysmal client experience. My phone would not read RFI passport data so I had to put in dates etc manually. The TERRIBLE Verify interface required me to scroll back month by month from today to my birthday 72 years ago, one tap per month, and also back and forth month by month ten years for my passport dates so 974 taps just to put in three dates. I will NEVER use any firm that uses this app.

I do not trust it!

Poorly put together app.
Information buttons show nothing when clicked.
Clunky feel.
Limited information about how they use your data.
I don’t trust this app and wouldn’t want to share my biometric data here.
Too many instances of biometric data being stolen from private organisations to allow such a clunky app to take mine.
You only have one face and one fingerprint. You cannot reset it!
It’s not wise to share that without careful consideration.
