Messy software app for FMs and field…

Messy software app for FMs and field service. I would avoid as much as possible.

We have had to use Verisae for a number of reasons but never out of choice. Their software is quite buggy, there's regular downtime across the year, and the support is incredibly limited. Their technical team seem to be a bit clueless, and the resources available online for self-help are non-existent.

We've summarily lost access to our customer data without warning or further information from the support team and no reason why. We're unable to use the software effectively to support our customers, letting them down due to numerous issues using Verisae. Poorly run, poorly supported and poorly design, messy from top to bottom.

They masquerade as a tech company but their software is something from the 70s.
