After sales service
After waiting 2 weeks for a service call got a phone call last friday to reschedule the call from monday to wednesday only to get another call today to reschedule now till the 23rd february another 2 weeks away which means over a full month without an outdoor camera. The aftersales and service is brutal. The whole idea of an alarm and camera is the piece of mind of knowing its working. My advice to anyone thinking of using this company is do nt

Went to look at a quote on the web site and mistakenly put my phone number in it and they have literally called my phone 12 times over the course of three days even though I requested my phone number to be removed.Horrible customer service and I wasn't even a customer yet. avoid like the plague

Worst customer support
I’ve never seen an extremely bad customer support team. I’ve never received answers back from customer support back. I had to everytime call them to get update and everytime they spent 20 mins to just go through questionnaires and look into my cases. There are lot of miscommunications as there are different agents reading through the case notes. My alarm system is not working as expected and agent internally raise a ticket but don’t do anything. I’ve sent many emails through customer care but never received any answers back. Most of the customer supports are from UK, they don’t care much about Ireland customers. They just pick calls, asks questionnaire, take down query and forget.
