We have just completed on a purchase which was listed with Veritas. From start to finish they have been wonderful to deal with. The booking was prompt and easy to make (not the case with some agents we viewed with).

The viewing was well organised and we were given a sheet with some info on how to proceed should we wish to make an offer. This was really helpful as meant we could ensure all information had been provided to the seller in order for them to consider our offer.

I have had issues with the sale of my property which of course impact the ability to purchase. Clint was nothing but helpful when delays appeared and relayed messages to and from the seller. Thankfully, with his intervention and regular discussions, we were able to proceed with the purchase as smoothly as possible and are now happy getting settled in our new home.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and Clint responded to messages from me extremely quickly.

We used Veritas following a recommendation of a friend who had used them in the past. We had to sell my parents house after they had moved into residential care.
Dean and his team handled the whole process very professionally and were always available 7 days a week to deal with all matters relating to the sale and to arrange viewings.
