No place to review on VB website. I want my money back!

I’m glad I could at least write a review on this website because I think the reviews might be phony on their website because there’s nowhere to write one. You can only read them and every single one of them is excellent. I should’ve known better, although I did not realize that I could not write a review until just now. I ordered the snowflake sample 3 pack and sent them to my sister and her husband. First of all, I do want to say that they got there quickly, but that was the only positive. I wrote a little note wishing them a merry Christmas, however, the only thing that was on the note was “Hi Caren.” She had no idea who sent them to her. Each brownie is individually wrapped and probably about 4”x4” in size. I would not say that they were smashed, but they look like they were packed with something of weight on top of them. They were unattractive in the packaging. They were sickeningly, sweet and very dry. I broke off one little piece and threw the whole brownie away. I’m sure my sister and her husband did the same with the remaining two. She brought one to give me when we met for Christmas lunch and now I know why. She told me that they were very sweet, but I think she was too embarrassed to say that they didn’t taste good. I would really like to send these back and get my $35 back. I cannot believe that I just spent so much money on three horrible inedible brownies. I am very unhappy.
