I purchased the $425.00 Shearling…

I purchased the $425.00 Shearling Studded Slides in September for a Christmas gift for my wife. She received them Christmas Day and has now worn them randomly for 6 weeks. The studs are now coming out and when I reported this to customer service for Veronica Beard they asked for pictures. I sent the pictures and
then promptly received a response that you have a 90 day window for returns. I didn’t know the return policy but to have a product that lasts less than 6 weeks is unacceptable in today’s market. For them to not stand by their product for an exchange or return is incredibly short sighted . This will be our last purchase at Veronica Beard.

Not fit for purpose

I purchased two ( very expensive) tennis sweaters from Veronica Beard recently,
I washed them on a gentle wool wash inside a knitwear bag and both fell apart with enormous unrepairable holes appearing.
These items are so flimsy and obviously not fit for purpose,
I am very disappointed and will not be buying from them again.

POOR QUALITY. DEFECTIVE. DO NOT BUY

I was charged for an item I never…

I was charged for an item I never received. They claimed since they delivered the item and it was delivered to the address provided (which was a glitch in the Apple
Pay system that I have since corrected) they cannot send a replacement item nor issue a refund. They told me to talk to my bank to explore options. I can understand that the glitch happened on my end…not their fault. But not mine either. Their stance has been, we delivered it so we’re keeping your money. Things happen and most companies work with you to help. Not this one. I’m disappointed. I’ve asked a number of times to speak to someone other than the 2 customer service reps they have but they refuse to provide any additional contacts. Wasn’t supriswd to see the have a 1.5 star rating when I looked them up here.

$15 handling fee for a return - outrageous!!

I purchased an item and it did not fit so I needed to return it. They charged me a $15 handling fee. Is the last time I’ll buy any Veronica Beard item from them directly. I may consider buying from one of the stores that carries them, but never again from Veronica Beard.

I bought a $300 pair of sneakers from them. The leather is scraping off. In other words, they aren’t even real leather. It’s more like white paint. It’s been just over 90 days. They won’t take the product back. Terrible customer service.

Beware of shipping and return on Veronica Beard

I ordered a pair of Veronica Beard sneakers. I placed the order with expedited shipping paying $30.00 extra. The website does state that any orders after a certain time and on a Friday will be shipped the following day (in small print at bottom of site). I feel that they should then not allow overnight shipping if this is the case. Not only did I over pay for shipping, but the shoes are horrible. They smell weird, are extremely hard and not comfortable to put on. They only allow a short turn around for return (shoes arrived on 5/13/25 and need to be returned by 6/3/25) and then charge a $15.00 restocking fee for a $300.00 shoe. I would beware of this brand. Never again. I returned immediately.

If I could put zero stars I would I called and emailed. Finally got a call back with a rude person who never called back with the answer. I also never received an email back. For such a high end brand, this shouldn’t be.

The worst customer care experience i've ever had.Extremely rude and nasty representative, does't even allow you to speak and express your opinion.I think this company should go out of business based on the reviews i see, not a good quality, horrible experience overall.

The Best Blazer I Never Received

I ordered a blazer in November 2024 and never received it. I got several emails from them asking me to leave a review. I emailed them three times informing them that I hadn’t received my order. I didn’t get a response until I canceled payment. They informed me this incident isn’t indicative of their company and there was an issue with the delivery company. It was a very dissatisfying and disappointing experience. I had big plans for that blazer.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM. I’ve had a package marked delivered around the holidays that I have not been able to locate. Customer service is terrible and I mean absolutely and exhaustingly terrible.

There is a restocking fee of $15

There is a restocking fee of $15! No one does this and the designer, Veronica Swanson Beard, is a nepo baby. Her grandfather started Swanson frozen foods and her dad owns Swanson Vineyards in Napa Valley, CA. Their items are already overpriced, she is wealthy AF. I won't buy off their website and hesitate to buy any of their clothes in the future. What a bunch of greedy rich b!tches stuck in their own world.

Ordered a dickie, big mistake!

Ordered a dickie.
It did not arrive and I could not track it.
Three emails to ask it whereabouts and still no answer!
Called the US and was told they were silently working on it as they didn’t know where it was.
Rude customer services who just wanted me off the phone.
Said they would give me a refund once they had heard from the couriers.
I said I would like a replacement and was told there might not be one!
Have just had notification of a refund with no proper information.
Do not use them as there is no customer service.

I have spent thousands of dollars at…

I have spent thousands of dollars at VB. I have 30 jackets alone! I just had the worst experience with customer service. I ordered a matching jacket and dress. Instead of sending me my order, I was sent two identical dresses. Unfortunately, when I contacted VB, I was informed the jacket was no longer available. I bought it as a set and did not want the dress without the jacket. I was just charged a "restrocking fee" when I returned. It was their mistake. Loyalty means absolutely nothing to this company.

FRUSTRATING ATTEMPT TO RETURN PR OF SHOES.

I tried to return a pair of athletic shoes to Veronica Beard on Aug 23, 2024. I had the order number. When I tried to return them online I got the runaround. It was very frustrating as I spent about 6 hours trying to make the return. All to no avail.The VB site would not accept my return.
It would be great if VB would work on the site to make it more accessible.
Needless to say I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM again. I hope this review helps others in their quest for efficient service.

Love the balzers!

All I can say is that Veronica Beard has some serious fans in Canada! My friends and I all LOVE the balzers. We're like a Veronica Beard gang! I have 2 blazers and have been eyeing the blue linen but it's sold out in my size - 12. Fabulous line - keep up the excellent work! (Sept 3) Also, about a week ago I received the gorgeous velvet blazer (colour - dark red wine) - so glad I ordered it quickly because my size is already sold out!
