He comprado un vestido precioso y de buena calidad. Me ha llegado una semana despúes de lo previsto no teniéndolo para el evento que lo necesitaba. Estoy intentando generar la devolucién con ellos y llevo 15 días hablando por correo electrónico (les he dado mi numero y no me llaman). Sigo con el vestido y sin mi dinero. Tardan en responder 2 días. Solo necesito una etiqueta de devolución pero no lo entienden... Decepcionante!
Cuidado con esta web. No compréis aquí. Se promocionan en redes sociales simulando ser una marca de moda española, pero es un negocio de dropshipping oculto. El producto viene directamente de China, la calidad textil es pésima y no se corresponde en absoluto con las fotos ni con la publicidad de su página web. Cuando solicitas la devolución por no estar conforme, intentan regatear ofreciéndote un ridículo reembolso del 5% para que no reclames. Si insistes en devolverlo, te obligan a costear un envío internacional a un almacén en China, cuyo precio es superior al de la propia prenda, vulnerando el derecho de desistimiento.
