Scammers

Scammers, they will put in a hotel beyond standards in the cheapest country possible. You will still fly at some stupid times despite paying extra. Do not fall for it.

failure to organize the trip

Verrassingstickets failed to meet my expectations in an unacceptable way.

In January, I booked a trip through this agency, hoping for a well-organized and enjoyable adventure. Unfortunately, the trip did not take place at all. Despite prior communication and arrangements, there was a complete lack of organization and coordination.

This blatant lack of professionalism, evident in the absence of communication and failure to organize the trip, not only caused inconvenience but also completely shattered my expectations for the planned journey.

I hope this feedback will prompt the necessary changes and improvements in the services provided by the agency. At this time, I cannot recommend Verrassingstickets' services to anyone.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS.
I wish I had read these reviews before trying to book with them. Of course, they try to make you pay extra for EVERY SINGLE STUPID THING. Of course, if you don't choose to do so, you'll get an email saying that there are no trips available on the dates you picked (which were available when you actually picked them), UNLESS you pay for the extras you didn't want, in that case they suddenly become available 😂
Just arrange the trip by yourself and save yourself from dealing with these scammers.

Scam !!!!

Scam !!!!
Payd €520 euros for choosing the airport and what destination needs to be excluded, the date we chose was no longer an option so we had to postpone our weekend away. Finally got tickets to a destination that i excluded and the hotel was an old business hotel with seperate beds and a ugly bathroom from the 60s.
It was definitely not worth the money

Scammers

Didn’t yet fly, but the starter communication with them is more than enough to prove that they are scammers.. they keep turning left n right, up n down to make pay extra, to get a response on your concerns is not les than a week or 10 days, and yet receive another trick with extra payment
