I had a little challenge but was able to resolve and make payment

Good.........

It was fine and a bit seamless

Company is a CON and I am reporting them to OFQUAL and the awarding body as you don’t get qualified. They take your money . You carry out your work and send back with the set time frame then receive NOTHING. No or limited responses to emails . One person who answers the phone speaks English . Company a shambles . STAY CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!?

Horrible experience. They are not responsive. Completed the course long ago but still can't get the certificate. To think I was considering doing a level 5 with them. I just hope the people recommend this company to them don't get the same experience as mine. It's really shameful. Their prices maybe affordable but not worth the stress. I lost a job offer because they couldn't issue the certificate

Prompt responses from myself in everything I wanted clarification on.

I have paid in full for level 3 and supervision and have not been given any additional information (log in details etc) try to contact online and yes they Did initially respond but now radio silent. With over 20years in academia - both learning and teaching- this is the first time I encounter such approach and seriously considering asking for a full refund!

The advisor name Abraham helped me through the process he was really good and helped set me up.

The training was excellent

It was a valuable experience. Although receiving feedback from the assessor sometimes took time, I was able to build a strong working relationship, which ultimately led to successfully achieving my certificate.

I want to sincerely thank Mr Joshua for his dedication and effort throughout the course. His clear explanations, engaging teaching style, and constant encouragement made the learning experience truly enjoyable and enriching. He didn’t only shared knowledge but also inspired curiosity and critical thinking, which have greatly contributed to my personal and academic growth. Verrolyne training is enriched with useful insights and knowledge on how to effectively work with vulnerable individuals, people with disabilities, autism and trauma. I can confidently say that their training will improve one understanding and knowledge about vulnerable people. Lastly, a little touch on their website will be great, to make the website more user friendly.

Well I just registered

I struggled to meet the deadline for the completion of the training and almost gave up. The staff were very supportive. My assessor never stopped encouraging me. She responded so quickly to any submission I made. I was able to complete the training. I’m glad I chose Verrolyne.
