Ordered some products on the 27th

Ordered some products on the 27th. Paid for 2 day Priority Mail via USPS. 2 Business days. Today they finally created the label, but with UPS instead shipping it 4 day ground. So instead of wjat should have arrived on the 30th. The package wont be here until May 5th. I got in touch with customer service. Its beyond belief what I was told. When I asked why it was shipped UPS ground instead of the USPS priority I paid for get this - Jaye, said he needed to talk to a supervisor. A full 30 minutes later he tells me "Priority Shipping is actually Ground." I got no response past that. He just stopped responding. What a disgraceful way to operate a business.
