This is a fraudulent organization

This is a fraudulent organization. They refused to give me a refund despite the palace being shut due to the heatwave. Do not buy tickets from here at all. I have tried reaching out to them for 2 weeks and they refuse to acknowledge it.

Beware of a website posing as the Versailles Palace website…

Beware of a website posing as the official versailles palace website. Ticketgo tourism is their name and will be on your tickets when they arrive but no mention at all of their business name on the website. Definitely a scam - I did get tickets but not what I ordered. Paid 32 euros for 21 euro tickets. Did not realize until tried to access the gardens at versailles and couldn't. Coming from australia we can't exactly go anytime we want so are extremely disappointed.

We were very worried this was a scam…

We were very worried this was a scam due to other reviews but we did our due diligence and called Versailles directly who confirmed they are valid tickets. I will mention they cost more than the equivalent price on the actual Versailles website though and therefore would recommend booking directly through them instead of this third party website. Lesson learned

Fraudulent site! Please beware!

This company claims to be a reseller of Versaille Palace tickets but in fact it is not.
The site is not legit. I echo the previous feedback shared on the 2nd Feb.
The emails in which the confirmation of booking comes through is very suspect and suspicious with incorrect spellings, etc.

BEWARE !!! UNOFFICIAL WEBSITE !!! SCAM

!!! BEWARE !!! UNOFFICIAL WEBSITE !!! POTENTIAL SCAM !!!

We bought tickets through their website innocently thinking it was an official platform because it was the first website suggested by Google when we looked up for le Chateau de Versailles. We bought two tickets for 31 Euros each ( bear in mind that the actual price on the official website is 24Euros for the passport ticket, but we didn’t know any better). That being said, we processed the transaction for two tickets and for the specific date and time we chose prior to paying and all of a sudden, the confirmation page showed a different date. That’s when we realized we may have been scammed. The confirmation e-mail we received had an inaccessible PDF file supposedly containing our e-Tickets but as mentionned, it was a blank file. We contacted them once regarding the error but sent them a second e-mail asking for a refund due the inconvenience and our lack of trust towards them and the legitimacy of the tickets hoping that if they are genuinely a legitimate third party, that they would understand and refund us ( at least, we took the initiative to screenshot all pertinent info that would back us up just in case we had to dispute the charges through our credit card company) . I would like to add that a lot inconsistencies emerged regarding the communications. We received communications back in French, English and Spanish if I’m not mistaking. This apparent Amanda Smith whom we messaged with back and forth throughout our dispute asked us to send them screenshots of the actual errors, which we did but they still decided that no refund would be granted. We did receive at a certain moment tickets with the right date and time but needless to say that there is no way for us to verify if the tickets are real or not. There is no way we will take the chance to get there and to be told the tickets were counterfeit. I know I should have looked into the signs way earlier but now I feel obliged to leave a review so that you avoid yourself a headache and a possible ripoff. Please share this info with whomever you know may want tickets so this website stops stealing money. I will keep posting reviews until I receive my hard earned money back. Do your due diligence and thank me later.
