We love the product and it works just as intended in our office, however, we consulted with customer service before we made our purchase to figure out exactly how many pieces we needed. We were told we needed two posts for every panel. When we received our order and assembled it, we found we did not in fact need two posts for every panel. We set up two panels in an L shape using three posts because the center post served both sides. We ended up with four additional posts and inquired about a return. We were told we would have to pay a 20% restocking fee for our return, even though we were told to order those posts and we were told we would need those posts. This is poor business and I was very disappointed in how they handled this matter, taking absolutely no ownership of their mistake. I would not order from this company again.

Everything is fine

We love our Versare Solutions cubicle panels. They were so easy to assemble.

We purchased 2- 5' wide x 6' tall panels and 2- 3' wide x 6' tall panels. We purchased four post and one wall mount. We could interchange the panels. We ended up configuring them differently than we had planned when they were purchased.

The panels are well made and sturdy. The price compared to other brands found online and on Amazon was the best. The lead-time was reasonable and delivery was perfect. The driver unloaded the panels for me.

We highly recommend the Versare office privacy panels.

These are terrible quality. The laminate is peeling upon arrival and when I reached out to customer service I was told to "Tuck it in." They do not stand up straight. The return policy is terrible. The product is misrepresented on the website and very poor quality. If I was returning because I changed my mind I would understand the 20% restocking fee and having to pay for return shipping, but the quality is terrible and the return policy is terrible.

I love the product, and it was easy to order.

The floor tiles and blocks served my needs. I wish I would have paid attention to the red text indicating that floor tiles weren't included with the riser kit. I had to place a second order Something that would have been helpful is if the site would have prompted me that my kit was incomplete. All that said, I'm happy with the product.

These partitions are great! Made mostly of metal, go together quickly and easily and are very sturdy.

When I ordered the item you showed it was in stock. When I emailed you about the item after waiting up to 15 days, you then informed me that it wasn't and that I needed to wait up to an additional 2 to 3 weeks.

We rec'd the Single Panel Outdoor Privacy Screen 4' x 4' Stone Woven Polyester.
It arrived in 3 days in good shape.
It takes a few minutes to decipher the instructions but then went together easily. Well-made and well-constructed (Better than Ikea). Be sure to trim the cord after inserting into side. Very satisfied. Thanx!

Very smooth process from order to delivery! The dividers are great quality and exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend and if we find ourselves needing more in the future we will order from Versare!

I worked with a sales rep explaining exacty how we intended to use the product to divide desks. Recieved product, asse,bled it and it resulted in wobbly walls between desks, by the time we decided it wasn't going to work it was past the return policy. Waste of money, time and resources. Ended up with much me affordable and better dividers from amazon but still out $3200.00

Easiness of ordering. I also had to communicate with the company, and they were very helpful and patient with my questions (which I always have many!)
