Terrible support.

I've been having issues with my website for over 5 days. Tried to contact their support and they only replied once (After 4 days of waiting).

Their reply wasn't even helpful. And at the time of writing this, I'm still waiting for them. I even tried to delete all of my files, and it still has "Number Of Processes" very high.

In my opinion, 12-24 hours for support's reply would seem good enough. But waiting 4 days for a reply that wasn't even helpful..? No, thanks.

Also, most of the reviews you would see here are posted for credits on their website. I have no idea how is this even allowed.

One of my developers forgot to push something before the machine expired contacted Anthony he was more then happy to offer the machine for an additional 24 hours before releasing it to the public. Super friendly

Pros: Little Lag on 8GB budget, easy server access and file editing, amazing support, they will do almost anything you need in less than 1 hour.
Cons: Not most major plugins in plugin manager.

best host they put the host in host with amazing services and amazing prices. They love their community such as yesterday we all went into a vc and "Billy G" turned on his webcam giving a more welcome feeling to versatilenode. Support might not be the best but tristan b is the best (tell tristan cooke sent you and that you wish for his coffee to be cold) and the b in his name stands for best, but what can i say about anthony ? we have a love hate relationship. now billy g my man, BILLY G, BILLYYYYYY G, he is the best his name means, B-Billy I-Is L-Like L-La Y-Yes G-Goat. I wasnt paid to say that unless billy wants to pay me, anyway so good support, good community, good services, why dont you buy from them already ? you can trust them with every single detail they need wait 1 min lemme go message anthony if he knows my address. Its been a minute and he didnt respond, anyway mr pigatto is great, mr billy is great, mr tristan is great, and all the other staff idk who they are so they arent good with the community. 5 stars because they can keep up with me and somehow im not banned from buying their services 👍

mr pigatto said my address is STORED in the database, but its fine we all know mr pigatto is nice and wouldnt bomb or rob us. (for reasons this whole thing is a joke i do not represent the versatilenode team in anyway other than spamming the discord invite and saying how good their services are)

Versatilenode is one of the best hosting companies I have been with. Ive been with a lot of hosts and not many of them have been this good there is only like 3 out of the 40 ive been with that I actually trust with my information and keeping my sites, and services online 24/7.

Great service. I've had web hosting with them for about 7 months now, and except for a couple of billing issues here and there, everything has been running smoothly. I can recommend this host to anyone looking for something they can rely on, and don't need to worry about.

I used to use a server called shock byte but it was too expensive for me, so I decided to look for cheaper options. I first tried out pebble host and for me I was getting very bad tps and it wasn't working for me so I refunded and tried versatile nodes budget servers, I have been using this for about 3 weeks and it never almost never goes under 20 tps and it's just as smooth if not more smooth then shock byte, which was double the price. I had one problem where the tps kept going too low and the server cpu would get taken up super fast, so I reached out for support and they fixed it withn an hour. Overall, I definitely recommend using versatile node and I cant even imagine how much better the premium servers would be.

Support was quick in transferring my services to Dallas. As Always Anthony is a pleasure to work with issues and problems.

Really slow support. Previously, when they used Discord tickets, support was really fast, now when they switched to on-site tickets, support has been really rather slow. Other than that, the host is pretty good.

I have been using VersatileNode for over a year now. I have had no major issues with any services.

I have had nothing but great experiences whilst hosting with versatilenode, stable, strong servers which can handle players without lag.

On top of all of this their prices are amazing for the hardware they provide and I would not host anywhere but them in the future.

Their support team is great and always answer quickly and in a professional manner.

I've got to say, I have never had anything wrong with this host. Not a single bad comment. My uptime is 100%, on both Web and VPS, and on top of all this, whenever I've needed help, I have got it right away.

If someone asked me to recommend a host, I would 100% without a doubt, recommend VersatileNode.

Quality service for the cheapest you can get. Finding VN was really a blessing.
