A really great store to order from if you are a local

I ordered some stuff from them, and we had a couple of complications at first (One of the items I bought was bought physically during my online purchase), but they refunded me with no major deal.
I also changed my mind about a couple of items, and they allowed me to change it after I paid, which is really awesome.
After the delivery was confirmed, they shipped it really quickly, and it arrived without any problems and fast. I would buy again from them, and I recommend them.
The only negative thing I do have to say is that while they informed me reasonably fast about the problem with my order, I had to call them sometimes to make sure that everything was going okay, as I didn't have much information besides the initial call.

Not knowing how to hold the reservations

We pre-ordered a game with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience left a bit to be desired. As Jerry Seinfeld once said, “You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation—the holding.” That quote sums up our situation pretty well.

We ordered 2 items, with different release dates. While half the order was eventually fulfilled, it took a lot of follow-ups on our end. We had to be more persistent than we’d like just to get the games we had already paid for and eventually only got the latest item, as the first one was no longer in stock. It’s disappointing when pre-orders don’t feel reliable, especially when you're looking forward to a release.

We hope their process improves in the future—there’s definitely potential, but trust needs to be earned with consistency.
