They gave me a realistic timeline, kept me updated throughout the cross-country journey, and delivered the car exactly when they said they would.The vehicle arrived in pristine condition, completely safe and sound. I was very pleased with the service

I was very pleased with the service, Michael wood was very helpful and working with me and helping me to understand about the price and how long it would take my car to be delivered. The also kept me updated everyday and made sure I could talk with the driver who also did and excellent job. High recommend there services.

My experience with Grace at Vertex…

My experience with Grace at Vertex Carship was nothing but perfect from the getting it set up until the car was delivered safe and sound. She went above and beyond and although I was nervous she put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend using this company and ask for Grace!

Good broker; Bad delivery by Transport company

My over all experience was good. Chris William was very helpful in communicating with me and updating me. My beef is with the AAC Transport who was given my contract and won't give me the cars until I pay the additional $200 for driver's time while I sorted the payment problem with my bank. And AAC Transport took another $200 from my over payment to them. All in all, I paid $400 extra for 4 cars! Vertex should chose their partners more carefully! 100% solid service by Vertex and Chris!
