Painless, hassle-free purchase
Painless, hassle-free experience. The Carwow offer was so good our local Citroen dealership told us to snap it up, as they couldn't get near it. Only minor thing was I had to ask about the free breakdown cover as not one salesperson mentioned it (and I still don't know what level of cover is provided ie. roadside, recovery, home start etc.).

Employ more people,have bigger premises…
Employ more people,have bigger premises ,car under warranty heater and demister doesn’t work they can’t look at it for 6weeks that’s just for a diagnosis, i find it simply amazing that you phone up and they seem surprised that you have a problem and that you want it fixed no wonder the Chinese and Koreans make big inroads to the car maket

Good communication, had an open mind but the sales team were able to provide me with various cost effective options to purchase a new vehicle, and were able to source the exact vehicle specification etc of my choice which was perfect!
