Vertu Northampton a company that went above and beyond

Nothing in life is perfect. But I value a company that goes above and beyond to fix issues that arise. Vertu Northampton is that kind of company.
I would highlight Chloe, Matt and Ameet all in the sales dept. It takes people like these to take a car company from ordinary to outstanding.
I would highly recommend buying from them.
I wish they were local to us, so that we could see what the service dept is like. My assumption would be it matches the sales dept.
We were buying at a distance.

I really recommend Nissan

I really recommend Nissan. Charlie is so nice and easy to talk too, he is very informative and knowledgeable. I was kept informed and everything was explained for my mobility car. A big Thank you for all your help.

Superb! Friendly and approachable

Friendly and approachable, not pushy, quick to answer questions. For me knowing your product is essential. Kwame my sales person was very good. The finance person Jamal great too! From walking in on the Wednesday to picking car up in the Friday can’t fault the service.

We’ve just picked up our new Nissan…

We’ve just picked up our new Nissan X-Trail and we couldn’t be more impressed. The vehicle itself is fantastic – spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for as a family.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the customer service. A special mention has to go to Charlie Racklyeft, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for us.

Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free thanks to Charlie’s support and communication throughout.

Highly recommend both the vehicle and the team – a great experience all round!

Brand new electric c3 !!!

We dealt with Kwame mostly, found him a very polite, helpful and pleasant chap. Answered all our questions and queries. He even picked us up from the train station !
