I visited the showroom whilst working in the area and can honestly say the service was great! I went to look at one car but fell in love with a different one and the process couldn’t have been easier.
Stewart was great, welcoming and provided great customer service he kept me upto date with every step of the process between leaving a deposit and collection and even after sales.
I would defiantly use the dealership and defiantly buy a car from Stewart again.
Buyer of Mercedes EQB approve used.

Buying a new second hand car
This is my third car purchase from Vertu Beaconsfield five stars and the reason I go back is due to nice staff, who are helpful and respectful. Buying a car is a key decision and making sure you get what you need at the right price is important to me. Stuart who looked after me was professional, helpful and provided good customer service. The only thing negative I would say is please get call centre staff in Newcastle / Manchester to be more proactive when you call them " its a bit like a quiz show and you need to get the right answer to speak to the person you want to " Looking forward to driving my car Thank you ***** Paul

I changed from another MG dealership to Vertu Beconsfield the difference was amazing, the MG part is sited in the Mercedes showroom which is very impressive very professional and organised, the booking in was online very simple at the dealership you put your key in a key box and meet your advisor mine was Dan he has 12 years experience there and was totally professional very knowledgeable and easy to talk to the I was sent a video health check while the cr was in the workshop which would have highlighted any additional or required work the car was checked for recalls and updates all done while there, at collection I waited I. The very comfortable lounge area with hot and cold drinks available free of charge,Dan called me over to finalise the payment all work explained very clearly Dan was excellent, I had a loan car for the day it was brand new, very pleasant experience will be using MG Beconsfield for all future visits highly recommended excellent service throughout thankyou

All the staff where helpful and efficient, from my first contact with the receptionist, to the day of collection. Lee my salesman was knowledgeable and patient, with a good informative test drive which confirmed the vehicle was the correct one for me. He is continuing to support me as I get used to the technology within the car, and any issues that arise.

The overall sales experience of buying my new GLC was exceptional. The salesman, Stewart Jackson, couldn't have been more helpful. This was seriously let down by Mercedes-Benz Financial Services who made the task of completing the paperwork, which all had to be done on-line, a complete nightmare. So many emails, many of which were conflicting, IT problems, a couldn't care attitude etc. If I was repeating the exercise I would have insisted on "paper" forms and "wet" signatures. Howver, the car is superb!
