Nice people but their approach to using personal data needs some thought
I completed the Vertu web form to get an appointment to see a car. They called me immediately to arrange the visit. After that i immediately received a text with a link to a 2-page data policy document explaining that vertu may give my personal data to certain third parties, contact me for marketing campaigns etc. I objected to this but there was no “opt out” or “unsubscribe” button. I think this practice is absolutely abusive and left a 1-star review. In fairness, the Sales Manager called me the next day to apologise and to assure me that my data would not be shared with anyone. I really appreciated his call. The test drive was good and the car was great, so I left happy. Such a shame that the corporate data policy caused the relationship to get off to a poor start.

When a Salesman Predicts Your Dream Car and Gets It Right
I had yet again an absolutely fantastic experience with Vishal Bangar when purchasing my 2026 Mercedes CLE Coupé Premier Edition. Vishal has been incredible from the very first time I met him back in 2019, and what still amazes me is that he already knew in 2024 (when I bought my last car), that the CLE would be my car long before I did.
When I returned to the dealership in 2026, he came in on his day off (I didn’t know until I arrived!) and whilst I had insisted all week that I wanted a completely different car, he confidently let me navigate straight to the CLE Coupé, and the moment I saw it, I knew he was right. The car reflects my personality and style perfectly. The design, the stance, the whole presence of it. It felt like it was made for me, and Vishal had predicted that two years earlier.
The entire buying experience was smooth, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. Vishal’s intuition, professionalism, and attention to detail are on another level. He doesn’t just sell cars, he understands his customers and makes the whole process feel special.
I couldn’t recommend Vishal Bangar more highly. If you want someone who goes above and beyond and truly gets what you’re looking for, he’s the person to see!

The personal interaction was great
The personal interaction was great. Novid really helped sell the car to me. He was very knowledgeable about the detail of the car and allowed me to have a really good test drive. The communication prior to collection day was great. There was a slight hiccup in the systems as they had to chase down receipt of payment and didn't receive the Drive Away insurance certificate. The only slight disappointment was that the car wasn't quite ready for collection at the appointment time as it was still being cleaned. Otherwise a great experience.

Otstanding experience Vertu Mercedes Slough
I had an outstanding experience with Jumiah at Vertu Mercedes-Benz Slough. From the very outset, I felt completely confident that I was buying the right car. Jumiah left absolutely no stone unturned in making sure everything was perfect. The level of care, knowledge, and professionalism was second to none.
What really set the experience apart was the personal touch. Jumiah even came in on his day off so my brother could view the car (i live over 200 miles away) and went out of his way to pick me up from the train station, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It didn’t stop there either; a follow-up call the next day to check I’d made it home safely was a genuinely thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes about the service.
A special mention also to Tina on reception and Owen in parts, who were both fantastic and contributed to such a positive overall experience.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jumiah and the team, truly first-class service from start to finish.

I am not happy with the customer service at Mercedes-Benz of Slough. I visited for my car service and the experience was disappointing, especially with the reception staff. Communication was not very professional and I did not feel properly welcomed or looked after as a customer. I expected a much better standard of service from Mercedes-Benz.

Reason for 4stars was for the extra inconvenience
Drove the car at vertu Mercedes slough
Selling staff great no hassle got the deal I wanted, collected the car 30/4 driving home tyre pressure warning came on, now this was pointed out on test drive no great drama but on further inspection the car was actually over due brake fluid change and vehicle health check by months, so due diligence by the workshop was very poor in fact would go as far to say they only gave it a nice wash, spoke to vertu slough little slow in responding but Ben called me,
Once we touched base it was agreed that vertu Yeovil would do the work as considerably nearer
Vertu Yeovil as always great service & informative
The reason for 4 stars was the inconvenience of a 60mile round trip twice to drop off and collect
Have bought through vertu numerous times that’s why we had no hesitation in buying a second car for my wife using this group, and they will be still one of my go to companies when changing

Do not go to them
Do not go to them, they are lier and do not bother about you and your time/money. 3 days back i took the car to them and told them about the noise and where it is coming from. At the end of the day being told that car is fixed but it was not fixed instead despite of telling them over the phone and handover time about it they said oh sorry we missed this. The next day they gave the car back and instead of changing the part they said we have greased the part which was very astonishing for me as Mercedes never do such cheap things and today the noise is still there and they have wasted my time. The car is still at the same point where it was in the beginning.
