After a disappointing experience with another EV brand leading to me cancelling my order, I thought I'd try my local Mercedes dealer in Aylesbury. Wow, what a difference. From start to finish I got the impression that the team cared about my order. The communication was fantastic throughout and I'd like to particularly thank Neil Egan for his support and patience in dealing with a first-time EV driver!
