Vertu were very helpful,friendly and efficient. From the initial contact with the call centre through to dealing with Paul at the dealership everything went very smoothly and I picked up my new van on day 3. Paul made the process very easy and clear and he was a pleasure to deal with. Based on my drive home I am impressed with my new Renault Trafic - very comfortable, economic but also performed well.

From start to finish this has been 100% 10/10 service. Great communication throughout. We were even advised what else needed to fixed via a video that showed us underneath our vehicle.
We would definitely recommend this company to anyone and more than happy for them to look after our fleet of vans.
