The sales team were extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. They took the time to answer all questions and were particularly patient and understanding with an anxious new car owner who wanted to fully understand every aspect of the purchase. Allan provided excellent customer service, following up with telephone calls after the sale to ensure everything was going well and to address any further questions or concerns. New Car Experience
The guys and especially the sales person who I dealt with at Vertu SEAT Darlington could not have made my experience any better, they sourced the car and colour I wanted, kept me updated with progress. On the day of collection unfortunately there was a power cut in the area, however they overcome the problem and with help from another Vertu dealership out of area and a dealership adjacent who still had power we managed to complete the paperwork and I took possession of a brand new car, the guys went above and beyond my expectation on the day and I would without an doubt recommend a visit this dealership especially if you are looking for a SEAT model

We had a fantastic experience buying our Volkswagen ID.4 Pro Family from Vertu SEAT Darlington and in particular Laurence Wike. Bought a car from here in June 2025 non…
Bought a car from here in June 2025 non stop problems Kieran and the mechanic dealing with my car are perfect couldn’t fault them. However as soon as I went to pick my car up after been looked at the sales people were all stood talking about me and laughing very ignorant and unprofessional definitely wouldn’t recommend them at all if I knew there names I would put this on as its very rude and uncomfortable.

Leigh was amazing from start to finish, no pushy pressure tactics as have had in some places. Answered all questions or queries quickly and honestly. Communication was excellent in person and over the phone. Worked to get us a deal we were happy with. Would recommend to family and friends

From first enquiring about a Seat Arona and throughout the purchasing experience, I was assisted by Emily, Sales Advisor, who could not have done more to make the whole process painless and seamless. Emily was so patient with my queries, kind and knowledgeable.
