We were met by a chap called Keith
We were met by a chap called Keith , he put myself and my wife at ease from the start , he explained everything perfectly and understandably so there was no problems 🙏 everything was completed on the first visit and the next time we went in was to sign for the car , Keith even put petrol in the car so all we had to do was to thank Keith and drive home , excellent service and would recommend to anyone who wants to know 👍

Our experience could have been improved I'f we could have had a towbar fitted on site and the option to buy a space saver wheel these are Vertu group impressions and do not take away from.the excellent service we received.
