I have been trying to cancel my order…

I have been trying to cancel my order it hasn't been shipped no I think I canceled it time. But have had no response . There is no customer service number either I really hope I didnt just get scammed for 80 dollars ! Will definitely be contacting my bank !

Only sent part of my order

I received no order confirmation email and unable to track anything on your website or find a contact person to speak to.
I ordered a family set of pjs (3 pairs) and only received a child set!

Appalling Customer Service

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE - endless SPAM messages, cannot unsubscribe even though a 'Fake' link is provided for that purpose. NO way of contacting support to remove email address. I will be going on as many review sites as I can to spread the word to STAY AWAY from this SCAM of a site/business. Until they come up with a valid method of removing or not receiving UNWANTED daily spam messages I will look for ways to SPAM them with reviews - I know I wont reach as many people as they do with their ridiculous 'newsletters' but I will do my best. You've been warned - STAY AWAY, take your hard earned money and business to a reputable company!

I feel so disappointed,to hear my order being taken to a different address, even when I provided full details on my order for fast delivery

I was told that my order was taken to a different address from the address I provided during the order placement, how is that possible when there's a phone number to call on the recipients details, I hope it doesn't end up being a complete scam.

I would give 0 if possible

I would give 0 if possible. My order has not arrived. I have been given a “ticket” number and a web link. The link doesn’t work. I have paid £135 for clothes which have not arrived after six weeks!! Appalling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have orderd 5 dresses for my wedding…

I have orderd 5 dresses for my wedding te 21 of september and till this day i die not get my dresses. DHL says this company did not do the correct steps for it to get to me zo they can not help me and VeryVoga says that i have to contact DHL to check on my order. DHL can not change the order but Veryvoga has to do that but they refuse and till me that i can get a 40% refund for Their site. What the hack is wrong with this company. Worst company ever

I would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is damned near impossible to reach. They keep sending you very irritating newsletters. Unsubscribed multiple times with no success. Worst company ever!

I would give it a no star if possible

UPDATE: Please be aware before you order with these people. They just send you these emails that make no sense at all saying your order has been delivered to some random place!!! When you ask for refund or query the delivery address, they just fob you off with a ticket no????? I am even more sure they are scammers now.

I would give it a no star if possible. I had a very garbled email to tell me my package had been delivered, finally managed to sort the tracking number out (which was a test in itself) it showed that it had been delivered to some service station?? as requested?? Ive contacted them through several means and told that it will be delivered. Ive asked for a refund, but nothing!!! I think this may be some sort of scam site. I wish I had read all these reviews first, something I normally do, I can see now that this is a scam site!!!

Unable to Return if Unsuitable

Do not order from this Company
I ordered 2 bikinis, when they arrived they were too small and unflattering. There wasn't a returns document in the package. When I tried to get a return label & sheet from the website it came up saying that due to hygiene reasons they don't exchange bikinis & jewellery. I would never have ordered them if this had been stipulated at point of purchase!! There is no email address or any way of contacting Customer Service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

what is wrong with veryvoga?
i have placed 2 orders at the same time. 3 items they have changed it according to what i can see on my account on their site. i dont like them, but i paid for it!! i cant even exchange them again. this is not honnest. this is crazy.

As I had a Royal Mail delivery code I could not claim back OR send back
they sent me an empty envelope !!!

They took £70 from me and I cannot claim it back

Thank you for my refund which I have now received.

Guys - your customer service team were responsive and helpful once I could work out from your website how to get through.

You need to make it clear shoe sizes are American, hence Brits need to order two sizes up, in other words if you're normally 38 go for 40. Clothes sizes seem to be as per measurements on site.

Logistics and delivery lead-times are painfully slow.

I guess you get what you pay for!

We got there in the end and I was refunded...but I was worried for a quite while.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I placed an order. All it says on the order is “processing” and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with someone from customer service or cancel the original order

I am starting the long and painful process of charging it back via my bank

You might do not notice the processing time of some of the items in your order. There are two blouses that need 7-9 days processing time in your order.

The shipping time is 7-15 days. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Extremely unhappy with this company.
Ordered 5 items of clothing 8/6/20. Received advice that goods had been sent 29/6/20.
Received notification of rupture of stock on one item one day after I had been advised that it had been sent.
3/7/20 notification of delivery
8/720 Goods delivered with one item missing (Ruptured stock item)although it was listed that it was delivered!!
23/7/20 Sent email requesting refund of item not received. Received automatic reply stating they would deal with my query in 5-10 days. Nothing. Sent further email 4/8/20 requesting reply to previous email and refund. Received automatic reply again.
Unhappy with two other items, one was the wrong colour and the other one looked nothing like the photograph on the site(different material)
All in all extremely upset with their service.
Their internet site is unfriendly. Impossible to contact the company.
They do however send me a publicilty email everyday promoting their clothes!!

FRAUD!

I ordered a pair of shoes 4 months ago and they still have not arrived nor will the company give me a refund, only saying they will give a 40% refund.. which is absolutely disgusting.

RETURNED THE ITEMS SO FAST, BUT THE REFUND TAKES AGES!😡

I ordered confidently on this shopping website with their deceiving photos of dresses, a bit expensive still it looks worth your money. But when the items arrived😳 They are not what I expected, from quality to sizes. Terrible! So a day after, I tried to contact them through their website but I can’t get through so I used email. I asked severely Times before They game me a RETURN Address. So I returned with tracking and proof of postage. For first few days They still communicating until 3 weeks now since They received the items, still REFUND IS PENDING!! Please, money is absolute important now a days. I returned the items, in its original packaging. Not even tried on. Give back my money! 😡🤬
