the packaging is bad for this shipment,
the masks are jus stuffed into the box with no plastic or separate wrapping. And it is quite hard to take it out once piece at a time, it is the way the masks are stacked and packed
Certainly didn't have issue with the earlier orders.

Oh, pity you didn't quite enjoy this experience so much! That's how the masks arrive from the factory though, so there's little we could do. Though it's also a matter of personal preference - some people actually want the masks to be packed directly in the box because if they're in a foil it suggests to some that they were just mass produced for different brands and then just thrown in to different boxes. Anyway, hope it's better next time :)

The response for the online transactions have been great, proving that it does has the personal touch. Delivery updates have been prompt and always letting the consumers know how soon the delivery date is. Mask Quality
Service and delivery were very good. But I’ve just managed to open the box (Mellitex) and found that the masks did not have a metal strip at the bridge - so it’s not as “air tight” as I expected it to be.
UPDATE: Seller has contacted me promptly and determined it was likely a defect affecting my box(es). He’s also made arrangements to replace them as soon as possible. 👍👍👍
