Very poor experience with Vendors…

Very poor experience with Vendors Exchange International (VE Solutions). We sent the same motherboard for repair three times because it kept failing after each service. On the last repair, they shipped it to the wrong address with an incorrect ZIP code, and the item was never received. The motherboard is worth around $350–$600, plus we paid about $160 for repairs and shipping.

We contacted them repeatedly by phone and email for weeks, but no one responded or provided tracking information. They refused to take responsibility or offer any refund or replacement. This is not the first time they made the same shipping mistake.

Completely unprofessional customer service, no accountability, and zero communication. We have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General due to their negligence. Would not recommend trusting this company with any valuable equipment.
