Possible Scam

SCAM! I will also report them on instagram

I ordered the Sunglaze Sheer Setting Mist Sunscreen SPF 50 through an add on Instagram - After many weeks I finally receive the package, I opened it was a hair oil serum NOT EVEN FROM Vesperra!!! From another different Chinese company called Syulli. I checked the delivery package again to check the details and it states clearly Setting Mist and the address - But the inside product is Not and it is not Vesperra.

I emailed them with a picture of what I received next to the delivery packing - they emailed back assuring me that their products are genuine!!!

They completely ignored that I received a package with their details with a completely different product inside and from another company!!!!

Do NOT subscribe

Trying to cancel my subscription and because I do not have my original order confirmation I am unable to do so. Fairly sure this can’t be legal? I’ve searched high and low for my original email but it’s not in any of my folders, including junk mail. Customer service apparently do not have access to cancel it themselves! Absolutely appalling!

I wouldn’t even give one star nothing but hassle didn’t get all items emailed to be told they was all sent if I return have to pay return postage back and forth weeks have gone by and still not sorted absolute jokers they have emailed me saying if they was to refund it would be 29 or 30 usd I’m in United Kingdom so tell me that in are money I want this sorting should of looked at reviews first as it’s clear your jokers

A big nope, avoid these products

I bought the lip kit as I am older (post menopause) and while I haven't smoked for decades, I have smoker and marionette lines around my mouth. This seemed like it would do the trick. Don't waste your money. Does it make your lips plump? At first, yes. That's because needles are going into the tender skin of your lips and blood is rushing there, that's how injuries work people. When you wake up, that swelling has gone away. And most microneedle instruments I have used on my face are extremely gentle, this tool is NOT at all gentle, it's like a torture device. I didn't take before and after photos so I can't ask for a refund or I would definitely do that. Seriously save your money (Buy Flawless products instead)

Ordered,taken my money,received an email oh we have a shortage/out of stock,typical blaff to get the money.Asked for a refund,tactically avoided my email until they shipped the order.I was on holiday took weeks to arrive,the postman marked as delivered and I have received nothing,they don’t assist at all and tell me to sort it although Royal Mail states they should deal with it.Submitted a complaint to Financial Ombudsman now and will be submitting a court claim at least I will know no one else will suffer this scam.Looks like their comments on facebook are all removed too and they don’t respond to anyone on there.

Still haven’t received my product. I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times and they tell me to be patient. It’s on its way. The tracking hasn’t moved in over a month and they won’t give me a refund either. Looks like another scam site.

Possible credit card theft

Havent received the product yesterday, hoping it will hydrate my lips when it does arrive. My complaint is that within 2 days of ordering I had a bunch of fraudulent charges on my credit card for fast food all in the LA area, a little concerned that someone took my card numbers from the order.

Honestly disgrace

Honestly disgrace! They’ve taken my money and they know I’m not happy with the product yet they want me to run these tests and prove that it doesn’t work. The customer services are so poor. You should be able to tell if a customer is not happy and do the goodwill gesture but oh no. I guess being a new company they’re taking all the money whilst they can. They clearly use models that have fuller lips. It’s a lie and false adverts. Stay away.

Priority Processing...what a laugh

Far too slow to ship out. You are made to pay for priority processing, which they are happy to take your money even though they know full well they are having stock shortages (according to the reply I got when questioning). Why did they not remove this mandatory charge for the new orders they were happily taking if they can't actually prioritise it?
I ordered 10 days ago and still not received so the 4-8 business days has most definitely not been restored. Royal Mail tracking says they are still waiting to receive the package
