I'm really impressed by the Vestd platform and also the customer service. I opted for this solution to create an EMI scheme in my business as I liked the thought of everyone having a platform they could log into and keep track of the value of their share options. However, I struggled in getting it setup correctly, but the service from Firaz was second to none and he went above and beyond to help me get everything set up the way I needed. The TRICA tool is intuitive and easy to use once you navigate it a few times. As an organisation onboarding from scratch, we evaluated other vendors and chose TRICA for its clean UI and strong support.

A special mention to Marson Divyaraj, who guided us through the entire onboarding journey with patience, clarity, and solid product knowledge. His support made the transition significantly smoother.

One area of improvement would be the turnaround time. The process is largely email-driven, and allowing more direct communication options (such as quick phone calls) could significantly speed up resolution.

I cannot praise Abi enough - she is so helpful, quick to respond and always finds the answers and sorts things out for me with a smile! I've never had such great Customer Service! Ben is also top drawer. - The platform itself is mostly intuitive and very easy to use and value for money. The compliance side of things makes managing shares and options a doddle!

The software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The best part is the support; there's no need for reading lengthy instructions or losing time with the call centre. The customer success team is able to advise on most of the questions via speedy emails and has no problem jumping on a quick call if needed. It's refreshing to see a company offering strong support instead of excessive marketing.

Krishan is very helpful & friendly. I have recently taken over responsibility for working with Vestd in my company.
