I had received the slutopgørelse for Kr. 116, but when phoning after trying to contact them, a message informed me that they had gone out of business. There was no reply to my emails, and a voice on their phone suggested sending an email!!
But the last email I had from earlier said that if the bill was not paid, it would be handled by RKI

It was very, very pleasant to communicate with!⭐️

I was told when I was cold called that my energy bill would be cheaper than what I was paying with my current company. It gets higher every month! At my old company, my bill was no more than 400 dkk. Last month with Vest Energi it was over 700dkk, this month it's 1000dkk and I was even away from home for a week! When I called about it, the lady explained that the bill for the following months would be adjusted depending on how much power I used. She then proceeded to tell me that I'm welcome to change back to my old company, no desire to help whatsoever. save your money and time and avoid Vest Energi at all cost. DON'T TRUST THEM WHEN THEY COLD CALL YOU!!!

The customer service was very good so far and Patrick is very good and smart sales consultant… he knows how to convince the customers to accept the deal thanks to his communication skills
I am a new customer and still I can’t evaluate the service yet but Patrick made me trust the process and accepted to be part of “Vest Energi” . So I hope the service i was promised will be fulfilled.

Update :

Now I guess I am being scammed … after I had talked to Patrick I received bill with more than I used to pay plus I paid to old el provider and vest energi
And the worst part is the customer service is so far bad ( I have been trying to call for the last three days and email but no response )
Plus hanging the phone on customer that’s not professional so I would love to be contacted asap as this is not what I was expecting…. I need you guys to contact asap

They do a great job signing you up but not delivering on promises.

My first review in April 2024 was a 5-star for smooth sign-up experience. They had called me and fished me as a customer (not sure that's even legal).

My now review in 2025:
I changed back to my old energy company after 3-4 months. After trying Vest Energi it didn't live up to it's promises. Overall it was more expensive than before and the fees that they promised to remove, weren't. When I contact customer service they said they couldn't do anything about it. They also promised that there would be no sign-on gebyr. The sign-on fee was on my bill. They did later on credit the sign-on, but it's a bad sign if I as a customer have to check-up on things. I had a couple of more phone calls with their customer service department with not very good handling of the case. I still keep getting phone calls to win me back, even though I've made it clear that too much trust was lost. Also a lot of time lost due to comparing prices, trying to figure out what was what on the bill and emailing customer service. Would not recommend.

An untrustful company!!!
I had filed an official complaint about the company with Forbrugerombudsmanden. Additionally, I have canceled and blocked the bill I received from them due to the deceptive and potentially illegal practices employed by their sales team. They misled me by claiming that all residents in my building and street would be automatically switched to Vest Energy and that this was mandatory for everyone. A few days later, I discovered that this was not true.

I am pleased to be back with the trusted Blue Energy, where I have been a customer for many years and have never had any issues with their services, customer support, or transparency. It is shameful that Vest Energy allows such misleading practices, and I am deeply disappointed that these tactics were used. Now after their answer to my review, they say that they are not aware of these type of approach from their employees, then i think you should look closely.. i have just today blocked any type of automatic payment to your company and as you say that the Blue Energy no longer exist with that name, how ever the company remains at their full activity with another name as B. Energy. which i pretend to keep my agreement duo their transparency and great customer support.

I signed up to be a customer at Vest Energi, because the salesman sounded rational and friendly. A couple of days later I cancelled the agreement with them, so I have never started the agreement. I have just received an e-mail from Vest Energi approx. 1,5 years later, that they will change my agreement from my current supplier to them. This happened of course without my consent! This company works illegal and cheats on people. Stay away from them, and do not share any personal information with them!

Philip reached out to offer their fair-priced services and was kind enough to accept me not speaking danish. Guided me through the deal and explained everything very clearly.
