I LOVE they're jewelry!!! I bought my first piece(s) in Italy in 2023. Surprise! They also have shops in Spain where I just purchased more pieces of jewelry. I use their products as gifts and my friends love them!!! The quality is great and last forever!!!!

I bought two necklaces from this brand while on vacation in Italy. In less than two weeks, both had already broken, and one had darkened in several places. Since I do not live in Italy, I could not return them to the store for a complaint. No matter how cheap they are, the quality is unacceptable. I will never buy anything from this brand again.

I’m so freaking sad. I arrived at the shop in Lisbon yesterday and asked the lady if the jewelry is water resistant. She said it was. I asked another time and told her it’s really important that I can keep the jewelry on without it turning my skin blue of green and that it has to be water-resistant. She promised it was. For this reason I bought of 120 euros worth of jewelry there. After one night of wearing them, my fingers were green. By now I’m back in Belgium so I can’t return to the shop and tell them it’s crazy how they lied to me. I’m so sad that I lost all my money on this and I actually really need my money back because I was just straight up being lied to. I really hope the customer service will take care of this issue because this really isn’t okay.

Purchased a set of earrings on a trip to Italy. Even made a special trip back to the store on foot to buy them.

After coming home to Canada, I wore them once. They turned green and the second time I went to put them on they broke.

Emailed the company and they said they’d give me a credit for the value of them ($7.50 Euros) but that I’d have to pay shipping to Canada ($32 dollars).

Yeah- let’s pay more than 4 times the price for a replacement.

Ridiculously disappointing. I wouldn’t suggest purchasing unless you want green jewelry. It’s junk.

I bought them because they have very beautiful pieces. Their gold is beautiful. However, after six months the collars begin to turn green and give off a rusty smell. A shame, they could bathe it in a good varnish that would avoid this. The value they place should guarantee the minimum quality.

They really took care about my issue.
My bracelett broke shortly after I was given it as a present.
I wrote to Vestopazzo and after some emails back and forwards ( they always came back to me immediately) , incl. sending them a picture of the broken bracelett, they told me to send the broken bracelett back and they would send me a new one.
( I did not have a receipt, because it was a present).
The change worked out pretty good. I send it with express ( costs were on my side) and only after 3 days, I got my new bracelett.
That was really quick and now I am happy with the new bracelett.

Beautiful jewellery and so reasonably priced..i bought aluminium jewellery while on hols and loved it so much i ordered more online when i returned home.. Items arrived promptly and well presented... I will definitely buy from them again.. Just love the jewellery

I discovered the boutique in October in Valencia and bought one piece. Got back to France and was so cross with myself that I went searching for the boutique's website. I then ordered quite a few pieces in December and were pleased with all of them. The earrings feel a bit flimsy but that works for me because it means that despite the chunky look, they were light and comfortable to wear and, in fact, are not flimsy. One necklace was broken on arrival and I wrote to them with a photo. Customer service was prompt and a replacement sent out to me immediately.

One slight negative: I had to adjust quite a few of the clasps of the earrings.

Overall: My experience has been phenomenal.
