Exact same thing happened to me. Same as reviews below. Vestrale is a total scam. I never received bag even though they said delivered to a locker. They even removed my order from shop pay.
I placed an order with Vestrale US through vestraleus.online on October 7, 2026, and never received it.
The seller claimed to ship through China Post, but the tracking information they provided could not be independently verified with the carrier. I closely monitored their tracking page:
• October 18: Showed “out for delivery” at approximately 7 p.m.
• October 19: Remained “out for delivery” throughout the day. Nothing arrived.
• October 20: Suddenly showed “delivered to parcel locker.”
I do not have a parcel locker, and I received no package. The seller has provided no verifiable proof of delivery to my address.
After I disputed the charge with my bank, the seller emailed asking me to close the chargeback because their tracking page showed the order as delivered. They linked to the same tracking page on their own website.
Based on my experience, I believe this website is a scam. My order remains unreceived, and I am continuing the dispute through my bank. I recommend caution before purchasing from this business.
